Technico Industries Limited

Our place is out in Gurgaon, Haryana, specifically in the 122101 zip code area. Technico Industries Limited is basically a big workshop and office where we make things. It is very industrial out here. You can hear the sounds of machines and trucks all day long. The air is often thick with the smell of manufacturing. We have been here for quite some time, watching Gurgaon grow up around us into this massive city. Our building is a bit older now, but it works for what we need. We don't have fancy lobbies with plants and coffee machines. We have work benches and production lines. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We do not spend time on long meetings or mission statements. We just look at the production schedule and get to it. It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter on the floor, but that is just how it is in Haryana. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the news or cricket. It is a straightforward environment. We make parts and we ship them out. There is always a lot of dust because of all the construction nearby. We just keep the gates open and keep working. It is a simple, hard-working atmosphere where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We do our best to stay on schedule.
