Sarthak Engineering

Sarthak Engineering is out here on Plot No. 321 in Phase-V. Being in the HSIIDC area in Sector 56 means we’re surrounded by other factories and workshops. It’s a lot of metal and concrete around here. We spend our hours doing engineering work, mostly focused on parts and repairs that people need for their own machines. The shed is big enough for what we need, but it gets pretty hot under the tin roof when the sun is out. We have a few heavy-duty machines that we use for the precision stuff. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We aren't really into the corporate way of doing things. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what can be done and how long it’ll take. Our neighbors are mostly in the same boat, so we help each other out with tools or advice sometimes. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it tricky for the pickups to get in and out. But we’ve lived with that for a long time. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things usually get messy by the end of the shift. It’s just a regular engineering shop doing its bit every day. We don't have any fancy posters or a big sign, just the work we do on the floor.
