Sterling Auto

We are based out of Plot No.84 in Sector-7 of the IMT area in Manesar. If you know Manesar, you know it’s all about the big industries and the constant movement of parts. Sterling Auto is just a small piece of that puzzle. Our daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We arrive early, get the machines warmed up, and start working through the production list. It’s mostly auto components here, so everything has to be done a certain way. The shop floor is organized, but it’s still an industrial space, so there is plenty of dust and the constant hum of the ventilation fans. We don't have a big team of executives or anything like that. It’s just us and the guys on the floor making sure the machines are running correctly. Sometimes a shipment is late or a machine breaks down, and we have to stay late to catch up. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been at this plot for a while, and we’ve seen the sector grow up around us. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but we like the pace of it. We don't have a website that’s updated or any fancy brochures. We just focus on the parts we’re making today and hope the traffic in Manesar isn't too bad when it’s finally time to head home.
