We are located at Plot-17 in Section 30, right off Gts Road. Emerald Car Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we deal with vehicles all day long. The road outside is usually packed with trucks and cars going somewhere else. It can get pretty dusty out here but we do not mind it much. We have a decent sized plot so there is enough room to park things. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers or looking under hoods. It is not a glamorous job but it is what we know how to do. The office is just a small room with some old desks and a computer that works most of the time. We drink a lot of water because it gets warm out in the sun. Sometimes customers come in and we just sit and talk for a bit before getting down to the actual work. It feels like a small community even though we are on a big road like Gts Road. We do not spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. People find us because they need help with their cars and they know we are here in Sec-30. We try to be honest about what needs fixing and what can wait. It is just a straightforward business. We go home tired at the end of the day but it is a good kind of tired for us.
