Solitar Systems India Pvt. Ltd. can be found at Plot No. 82 in Udyog Vihar, Phase-iv. We are up on the first floor. Climbing those stairs every morning is basically our exercise for the day. Phase-iv is a busy industrial hub, so there is always a low hum of machinery or trucks idling nearby. Being on the first floor gives us a decent view of the street, though mostly we just see the tops of delivery vans and people rushing to lunch. Plot No. 82 is a sturdy building. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it keeps the rain out and the heat down. Inside our office, things are pretty functional. We have our desks lined up and the usual stacks of boxes in the corner that we keep meaning to sort through. It’s not a sterile environment; there are coffee mugs on the desks and jackets hanging on the backs of chairs. The air conditioner hums away in the summer, which is a sound we’ve all grown very fond of. Working in Udyog Vihar means we’re part of a big network of businesses, but our little corner on the first floor feels like its own world. We stay busy with the tasks at hand, usually focused on the screens in front of us. It’s just a regular office where we put in the hours and then head home at the end of the day.
