Awl India Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Vatika Atrium over on Golf Course Road in Sector 53. It’s a pretty nice building, and the area has grown a lot recently. We have a decent space here where the team gathers every day. It’s not a huge setup, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Being in Sector 53 is handy because there are plenty of places to grab a bite nearby when we get tired of our own sandwiches. We don’t really go for the fancy corporate lifestyle, even though the building looks quite modern from the outside. Inside, it’s just a regular office with people working hard. We have some plants that we try to keep alive, though some are doing better than others. Most of our day is spent handling logistics and making sure everything is moving where it needs to go. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it feels like home now. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Golf Course Road traffic, but we’ve all figured out the best shortcuts by now. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. We aren't interested in a lot of corporate jargon. We just want to do the work and go home.
