Our workshop is at Plot No. 543-I in Pace City-2, which is part of Sector-37. Saturn Tampondruck India Pvt Limited is where we handle a lot of printing and technical work. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so it’s not exactly a scenic spot, but it’s perfect for what we do. The building is a standard block, and we’ve filled it with machines and ink supplies. It smells like chemicals and fresh prints most of the time. I usually get in before the sun is too high to check the schedule. We have a small group of workers who know the machines inside and out. We don’t have any big slogans or mission statements pinned to the walls. We just have some calendars and photos of our families. The floor has a few ink stains that won't come out, but that’s just part of the job. Sometimes the orders come in all at once and we have to stay late, ordering food from the shop around the corner. We don’t go for the polished corporate look because it doesn’t fit how we work. It’s more about getting the settings right on the printers and making sure the colors look okay. The traffic in Sec-37 can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in our own way. It is a bit loud and messy, but it works for us.
