Out here in Sector 3 of Manesar, things are always moving fast. Our place is at 123 IDC on the Mehrauli Road, and you can usually hear the machines running from the street. It is a proper manufacturing setup where we focus on getting the daily production numbers right. The floor is often covered in small metal shavings or bits of packaging material depending on what we are running that day. We have a crew of workers who have been with us for a while, and they know the rhythm of the machines better than anyone. The traffic on Mehrauli Road can be a real headache in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their factories. Inside the building, it stays pretty loud, so we have to shout sometimes to be heard over the hum of the equipment. There is a small office near the entrance where the paperwork gets handled, but most of the action is out on the floor. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around with the pallet jack. It is not the most glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We mostly just stick to our schedules and try to get the trucks loaded before the evening rush starts. It is just a normal day of making things and making sure they get out the door. We have our tea breaks in the corner and then get back to it.
