Pgl Cards

Sadar Bazar is a crowded place, but that is where you’ll find Pgl Cards. We are right in the thick of the market, surrounded by all the other shops and the constant flow of people looking for deals. If you’ve ever been to Sadar, you know how it is—there is barely enough room to walk, but there is an energy to it that you don’t find anywhere else. We spend our days designing and printing cards for all sorts of occasions. Wedding cards are a big part of what we do, especially during the busy seasons when everyone seems to be getting married at once. The shop is small and filled with samples of different papers and inks. We have some old printing presses that still work better than the new ones for certain jobs. It gets really loud when the machines are running, and sometimes we have to shout to be heard over the noise of the market outside. We don’t do any fancy advertising because the foot traffic in Sadar Bazar is usually enough to keep us busy. People just stop in when they see the cards in the window. It’s a bit chaotic, and the piles of paper can get overwhelming, but we’ve been here for years and wouldn't really know how to work anywhere else. The smell of ink is something I've just gotten used to over time, and the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drink.
