Mori Seiki India Priavte Limited

Our place, Mori Seiki India Priavte Limited, is on the 4th floor of DLF Square, out on Jarcanda Marg. Being in DLF City Phase-II means we are surrounded by a lot of glass buildings and tall offices. It is a very different vibe from a traditional workshop. We spend a lot of time looking out at the traffic on the roads below. The elevators can be slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their desks. Our office is fairly open, with desks lined up and a few meeting rooms that we use when we need to talk about technical stuff. We deal with a lot of precision machinery, so there is a lot of talk about specs and parts. Even though it is a modern building, it still feels like a workspace where people are putting in long hours. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. Sometimes the power backup kicks in and you hear that hum throughout the floor. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing, we just try to get the technical support and sales side of things handled. It is a lot of coordination with other branches and making sure the technicians have what they need for their site visits. The location is convenient for travel, but it can get pretty hectic during rush hour. It is just where we happen to be based for now.
