We’ve been operating out of D-64 in the Hsidc Phase Vi area of Udyog Vihar for some time now. Our place in Sector 37 is usually pretty busy from Monday morning until we wrap things up on Saturday. Micro Hydro Technic Private Limited isn't a huge corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. You’ll mostly find us dealing with different kinds of hydraulic systems and heavy parts that come through the doors every week. It’s loud sometimes and there is always a bit of grease around, but that is just how the work goes. Some of the guys here have been with us for years and they know the machines better than anyone else. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy meetings or long presentations. Instead, we spend our hours looking at drawings or checking the pressure on a pump. The traffic in Udyog Vihar can be a headache, especially in the evenings, but being in this part of Gurgaon makes sense for what we do. People know where to find us when they need something fixed or built. We try to keep the paperwork simple and the focus on the actual metal and oil. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re okay with that. There’s always another job waiting, and we just take them one at a time.
