Jayanti Rubber Industries

If you head over to Plot No. 233 in Sector-6 of IMT Manesar, that is where we are. Jayanti Rubber Industries has been part of this industrial landscape for quite some time. The smell of rubber is something you just get used to when you work here. It is a busy shop, and we are usually covered in dust or bits of material by the end of the day. We don’t have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s mostly metal desks and stacks of paperwork near the production area. We are just a local crew that knows how to handle the machinery and get the orders out. Manesar is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but we have a good group of guys who don’t complain much. We just focus on the molds and the press machines. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing because we prefer to let the work do the talking. People know where we are if they need us. We’ve stayed in Sector-6 because it works for our logistics and we know the neighborhood well. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is honest work and we take a bit of pride in that. We are just regular people making rubber parts day after day. It gets loud and hot, but we keep the machines running and the floor moving.
