Komax Automation India Pvt. Ltd. sits on the ground floor at D-3, Sector 33 Infocity Ii. Being on the ground floor is actually pretty helpful for when we have parts coming in or out because we don't have to mess with elevators or stairs. Infocity is a large area, so it took us a bit to get settled in, but we’re used to the rhythm now. The morning commute into Sector 33 can be a bit of a crawl, but once you're inside, it’s a calm environment. We have a lot of machinery and automation equipment around the place, so there’s often a bit of a hum in the background. It’s not a library, but it’s not loud either. Most of the guys here are pretty focused on their screens or tinkering with some hardware. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. The office layout is straightforward—just some desks, a few benches for the technical work, and a small area where we keep the records. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that; we just talk across the room if something needs fixing. It’s an honest day’s work for everyone here. We try to keep the place organized, though with all the cables and components, it gets a bit messy by Friday. We just clear it up and start again on Monday. It is a very practical way to spend the week.
