We've been at Plot No. 650-P in Pace City II for a good while now. Sector 37 in Gurgaon is always such a busy place, especially with all the industrial stuff going on around us. Jainico Coatings Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a fancy setup or anything like that, just a regular workplace where we get things done. The roads here get pretty backed up during the morning rush, so most of us try to get in early. Once you’re inside the gates at Pace City II, it’s mostly just the sound of machinery and people moving crates around. We do a lot of coating work, which is exactly what the name suggests. It's a practical job. Sometimes the weather in Gurgaon makes the workshop really hot, especially in June, but we just keep at it. Most of the folks working here have been around for years, so we all know how things run. You won’t find any marble floors or big reception desks here. It’s just Plot No. 650-P. We have our tea breaks out near the front and talk about the traffic or the cricket scores. It's a straightforward life at Jainico Coatings Pvt. Ltd. and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families once the shift is over. It works for us.
