Indo Rub Industries

Indo Rub Industries is situated at Plot No 324 in Udyog Vihar, specifically along Basai Road in Baldev Nagar. This area is quite industrial, so the surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. Our plot is a decent size, which allows us to have our production area and a small office space all in one spot. We spend most of our time out on the floor where the machines are. It gets pretty loud and hot, especially during the peak of summer, but that’s the nature of the industry we are in. Baldev Nagar has a lot of trucks moving through it, so getting materials in and out can sometimes take longer than we’d like. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other business owners on Basai Road. We don't have a polished front office for meetings. Usually, if someone comes to see us, we just talk in the middle of the workshop or near the main gate. It’s a very hands-on environment. The floor is usually covered in some kind of residue from the materials we use, and we are always wearing our work boots. We don’t really do fancy mission statements or anything. We just focus on making sure the machines are running and the orders are getting loaded onto the trucks. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do here at Indo Rub Industries. We just keep at it.
