We are over here at Plot No. 771 in Udyog Vhir Phase-V. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy around here especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their units. Bollhoff Fastenings Pvt. Ltd. has been at this spot for a bit now. We spend most of our time dealing with all sorts of fastenings. It is not the most glamorous work but it is what we do. The shop floor is usually loud because there is always something being moved or packed. We keep things pretty simple. You walk in and you see people working, boxes stacked up, and the usual industrial mess you expect in Phase-V. Sometimes the power goes out or the trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes outside, but we just keep going. It’s just a regular place with regular people trying to get orders out the door. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that because we are too busy with the actual hardware. If you are looking for Plot 771, just look for the big gate near the corner. It's easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. We’ve got the name on the front but the sun has faded it a little over the years. That’s just how it is here. We focus on the fastenings and let the rest take care of itself. There is always coffee in the breakroom but the pot is usually half-burnt by noon. We just like to get the job done.
