Our place is located at Door No. 12-9-11 in Prakash Nagar. If you’re familiar with Narasaraopet, you probably know the area. We deal with milk and dairy stuff every single morning. It starts early here, usually before the sun is even up. The trucks come in, and there’s a lot of noise with the cans clattering. It’s a routine we’ve had for a long time. People come by to get what they need for their families. We aren't a huge factory with shiny walls, just a regular local setup where we handle the milk. Keeping things clean is the main thing we worry about. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late because of the rain, but we get through it. We have a few folks working here who have been with us since the start. They know the customers by name. We don't spend money on fancy flyers or anything like that. The milk speaks for itself, I guess. It’s hard work, standing on your feet and lifting heavy crates all day. Prakash Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. Dealing with livestock and farmers means you never really have a day off. That’s just the life of Tirumala Dairy Pvt. Ltd. We just keep moving, one day at a time, making sure the milk gets where it needs to go.
