Our place is up in Kodaikanal, on M.M. Street. If you know the area, you know it’s a bit different from the big cities. We’re based out of a spot known as Deepa’s, and it’s a pretty simple setup for what we do. Systech Solutions isn't a big firm with glass walls; it’s more like a local office where we help people with their computer troubles and tech needs. The air up here is usually cool, which is nice for the equipment and for us. We get a mix of locals and tourists who might have run into some technical issues while visiting. Most of the time, it’s just one or two of us at the desks, looking at screens or fixing some hardware. The street outside can get a bit narrow and steep, but that’s just how it is in Kodaikanal. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or a big lobby. You just walk in and we see what needs fixing. It can be a bit slow some days, but we keep busy with whatever comes our way. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather gets bad, which is part of the challenge of working in the hills. We've been here for a bit now, and people in the neighborhood know where to find us on M.M. Street if their laptop stops working. It’s just honest work in a beautiful location, and we like the pace of it. It is what it is.
