Indian Events

Indian Events is located right in the heart of Guntur, over at the Lodge Center. We’re directly opposite Kalyan Jewellers and right near the B.Ed College, so there’s always a lot of activity right outside our door. It’s a busy part of the 522002 area, and the noise from the street is just something we’ve gotten used to over time. Our day-to-day involves a lot of coordinating. We talk to vendors, check on deliveries, and try to keep everything on schedule. It’s not always a smooth process; sometimes a truck is late or someone sends the wrong color drapes, and we have to fix it on the fly. That’s just the nature of organizing events. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. The office is filled with calendars, notes scribbled on scraps of paper, and various samples from different suppliers. It can get a little messy when we’re in the middle of a busy week. People stop by to talk about their plans, and we sit down with some chai to figure out what’s possible. We don't use any fancy software for everything, sometimes a pen and a notebook work just as well. It’s practical work that requires us to be on our feet a lot, especially when we’re out at the actual venues setting things up.
