Our place is at Dr.No.15/1 in the Arundelpet area of Tarlapadu. We are quite close to the old post office, which is how most people find us when they are coming for the first time. The shop is basically a room full of computers and stacks of different types of paper. It always feels a bit cramped because there is so much graphic work going on at once. You can hear the clicking of keyboards and the whirring of the cooling fans all day long. A lot of designing happens here, mostly for local folks who need something printed or made for an event. The desk is usually covered in scraps of paper and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. The lighting isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps sitting around to see the colors better. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front window and makes it really warm, so the curtains stay half-closed. We’ve got an old calendar on the wall that we forget to flip sometimes. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello on their way to the post office. It’s a friendly spot, even if we are buried under work most of the time. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything, just a counter and a lot of machines doing their thing. It’s just how we operate day to day in Arundelpet. The work keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
