Electrotherm India Limited

Down in Guntur district, specifically in Venkatakrishna Puram, you’ll find our branch of Electrotherm India Limited. We operate out of a space managed by V. Srinivasa Rao, who is the son of Ramachandra Rao. It is a more rural or small-town setting compared to some of the big city offices, but the work is just as demanding. Andhra Pradesh can get very hot, especially in Guntur, so our office is a place to get out of the sun and focus on the technical work. We deal with a lot of local industries that need heating solutions and furnace parts. There isn't any fancy marketing going on here; it’s mostly just us talking to customers in the local language and figuring out what their plants need. The pace here is a bit more personal. We know the families and the histories of the businesses we work with. Our office is simple, with just the essentials: desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of technical drawings. We don't feel the need to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just local people providing a specific technical service. Usually, our days are filled with phone calls to the main office or visiting nearby sites to see how the equipment is holding up. It’s a quiet life in Venkatakrishna Puram, but the work we do keeps us very busy. We take pride in being there and showing up when we are needed to fix a problem.
