You can find Bhaviri Agro Estates Private Limited over in Guntur, specifically at Flat No: 5C in the Sri Ranga Sarada Sadan building. We are located in 2/3 Brodipet, which is a fairly central area of town. It’s a bit different running an agro business from an apartment-style office, but it works for us since we spend most of our time traveling out to the different estates we look after anyway. Guntur is famous for its agriculture, so there is always a lot of activity in the sector. We don't have a lobby with a receptionist or any of that fancy stuff. It’s just a place where we meet to talk about land deals and how the various crops are faring against the pests this year. Most of the people we work with are local landowners and farmers who have been around for decades. We talk in plain English and try to keep things simple. Dealing with estates involves a lot of back-and-forth and checking on boundaries and soil quality. It’s not always exciting, and sometimes we spend hours just driving from one plot to another. The heat in Guntur can be pretty intense in the summer months, so we try to get the field work done early in the morning. We’re just a small group trying to manage these properties properly without making a big fuss or using corporate talk. We just do the work.
