We have been here in Guntur for a while now. Most people know us from our spot in Andhra Pradesh. It’s a busy area and we try to keep things running. We deal with electrical stuff, mostly transmission and distribution work. It’s not always easy keeping the lights on but that’s what we do. Our office is right here in the district. Sometimes it gets quite hot and the work can be dusty. We have a small crew. They know the local grid like the back of their hand. We aren’t fancy people. We just show up and get the job done. If there is a problem with the lines or the power units, we are usually the ones looking into it. The yard is full of equipment. Some of it is old, some is newer. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Guntur over the years. The roads are better now but the work is still heavy. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our day is spent outside or handling parts. It’s steady work. We like it here in the state. People stop by sometimes to ask about their power or just to say hello. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. It works for us. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the technical parts of the job. There is a lot of paperwork too, which we do in the afternoons when it's too hot to be out. We use old fans that have been here since we opened. They make a lot of noise but they work fine. We aren't looking to change much about how we operate.
