We run everything out of D-201 in Swarma Nagri. It's a quiet residential area in Greater Noida, which is nice because we can focus on the bookings. Most of our work is over the phone or through messages these days. We have a couple of cars and we coordinate with drivers for various trips. It’s a lot of checking schedules and making sure the fuel is topped up. My name is Yuvraj, and I’ve been doing this for a while now. I know the roads around here like the back of my hand. Whether it's a trip to the airport or a long drive to another city, we just try to get the timing right. The office is pretty basic, just a computer and some ledgers. Sometimes clients come over to settle the bills or talk about a big trip they're planning. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge. It’s just a room in the building where we get the work done. The traffic in Greater Noida is getting worse, so we spend a lot of time calculating travel times now. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure someone reaches their destination on time. We take it one day at a time, one trip at a time, and try to keep our cars in good shape for the next person who calls. Every booking is a new puzzle to solve with the routes and the timing.
