Mahendra Raj Hospitality

We run Mahendra Raj Hospitality over at the Aron Shell location. It’s a bit of a different kind of name for a place, but we have grown to like it here. We mostly deal with making sure that the guests or clients have whatever they need during their stay. It’s a lot of hard work behind the scenes that people don’t always notice or think about. We stay very busy with cleaning, organizing the schedules, and managing all the small daily tasks that come up. It’s not always a glamorous job. Sometimes things break at the worst time and we have to figure out how to fix them fast. We don't have a big corporate team or a bunch of managers. It's just a few of us making sure everything runs okay every single day. We’ve been in the hospitality side of things for quite some time now. You learn a lot about different people when you do this kind of work for a living. The building at Aron Shell is where we spend almost all of our time. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a set of corporate rules. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. If someone needs something specific, we try to find a way to get it done for them. The days are long and often start very early. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. It’s a simple business focused on the people who come through our doors.
