R K Marble & Granite

We are set up on Kashna Main Road, not too far from the Asian Paints building. R K Marble & Granite is a place where we keep a lot of heavy stone slabs. It’s an outdoor kind of business, so we are always dealing with the weather. When it rains, things get slippery, and when it’s hot, the stone gets really warm to the touch. We spend our days moving these big pieces of marble around so people can see the patterns. It’s not a fancy showroom with polished floors; it’s more of a working yard. Most of the people who come here are looking for something specific for their kitchen or floors. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just show what we have in the stacks. The noise from the main road is constant, but you get used to it after a week. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. It takes a lot of strength to handle these materials, so we are usually pretty tired by the end of the day. There isn't much to the office, just a place to sit and write out the bills. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on keeping the slabs organized and helping the folks who stop by our spot on Kashna Main Road. We have quite a variety of stone stacked up right now.
