J K Tiles

J K Tiles is set up at Plot No. F/21 in the UPSIDC Site. If you're looking for us, we are right in front of the Hyundai showroom at Site-IV. This area is mostly industrial, so there’s always trucks moving around and a bit of dust in the air. We’ve got a good-sized space here to keep all the tile stock. It’s a bit of a warehouse feel rather than a fancy showroom. We spend most of our time moving boxes and showing people different patterns. The floor is usually covered in some dust because of the work we do. It’s hard work, and our backs often ache by the end of the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one where you can get your tiles. My cousin and I run the place. We don't have a receptionist or anything; if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. The light in the back of the plot is a bit dim, so we use torches sometimes. It’s a real, working shop. People come here because they know we have the stuff and we don't give them a hard time. We just talk plain and get the orders loaded up. Most people find us through the industrial site neighbors. We just keep working and keep the tiles moving out.
