Precision Polymer

Precision Polymer is located at F-79 in Site-C, which is part of the Surajpur Industrial Area. It’s a typical factory setting with lots of noise and the smell of raw materials being processed. We moved into this unit a few years back because we needed the extra space for the machinery. Being in an industrial zone means there are always trucks coming and going, so the roads can be a bit rough sometimes. We spend most of our day on the floor making sure the runs go through without any hiccups. It’s hard work and the shop floor gets quite warm in the summer months. We don't have a big reception or anything like that, just a small desk where we handle the paperwork and take calls. Most of our staff lives nearby, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We handle polymer jobs for various clients who need specific parts. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The machines need a lot of maintenance to keep them running smooth, so there is always someone with a wrench in their hand. We try to keep the place organized, though with all the scrap and finished goods, it’s a constant struggle. Surajpur is a busy place to be, and there is a lot of competition around, but we just focus on our own production. We’re usually here from early morning until the last shift finishes.
