We are located over in Delta 3, Greater Noida, at O 119. It’s much quieter out here than it is in the main part of Noida or Delhi. The roads are wider and there’s more space to breathe. This office is part of the Lnj Bhilwara Group of Companies. We handle a variety of corporate functions from this location. It’s a solid building and we’ve made it our own over the years. Inside, it’s a mix of different departments. Some people are working on accounts, others are managing logistics or administration. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. It’s a functional workspace designed for getting things done. We have a tea break every afternoon where most of us catch up on what’s happening in the different sectors. It’s a good way to stay connected. The commute to Delta 3 can be long for some, so we try to make the office as comfortable as we can. We use simple English and don't bother with those complicated mission statements you see elsewhere. We’re just a group of people working for a larger organization. We deal with the issues as they arise and try to keep everything organized. It’s steady work and we appreciate the stability of being in a place like Greater Noida. Most of us have our own routines and we just stick to them. It keeps the business running smoothly every week.
