Our office is in Sector Beta II in Greater Noida. It’s right there in the NCR, so things are always moving fast around here. We are mostly out on sites, but F 19 is where the main desk is located. Construction is a messy business, honestly. There is always dust on the boots and blueprints all over the table. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. Sometimes the weather in UP is too hot to even think, but the work has to happen regardless. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we plan the builds and handle the bills. People come by to talk about their projects, and we just give them a straight answer on what can be done. It’s hard work, and sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan with the suppliers. We just figure it out as we go. We’ve been around this area for a while now. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local spots. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to finish the jobs we started. It gets pretty loud in the office when the trucks are passing by outside. That’s just part of being in an expanding area. We just keep our heads down and build.
