Our office for E L Componics Sales Pvt Ltd is over at A 65 in Greater Noida Sector 58. It is a bit of a drive out here, but the area is quiet enough to get things done without too much distraction. We spend most of our time at our desks or checking on things in the back. It is a professional enough space, but it is definitely not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the magazines. We have some posters on the walls and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves. Most days are spent on the phone or working through lists of things that need to be sent out. It is a steady rhythm that we have gotten used to. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We are not big on formal meetings or anything like that. We usually just talk across the room if something needs to be sorted out. Sector 58 has a lot of companies like ours, so it feels like a good place to be. We have been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It is just a regular sales office where we try to keep our heads down and do the work. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just show up and handle the business as it comes to us. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we manage.
