Our business, Virat Tour & Travel, is actually run out of House No-49 in Gopalpur. It’s not like those shops you see in the middle of a big market. Being in a house makes it feel a bit more quiet and personal, though Gopalpur still has its share of noise. It’s a bit different because people have to come into a residential area to find us. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows. It's just a room we've set up to handle all the travel work. We like it this way because it’s a bit more relaxed than being on a main highway. You might see some laundry hanging nearby or hear the neighbors talking while you're here. We’ve lived in Gorakhpur our whole lives, so setting up in Gopalpur felt like the right move. The office is simple, with just the basic stuff we need. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It’s usually just us, maybe a family member helping out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just waiting for the next person to drop by. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a desk, some chairs, and a place to keep our papers organized. It feels more like a home than an office. We keep our hours fairly regular and just try to stay on top of the paperwork every single day.
