Nepal Yatra

Nepal Yatra is based over on Taramandal Road. It’s a decent area, though the traffic can get a bit backed up during the evening hours when people are heading home. Our office is a simple room with a couple of desks and some maps pinned to the walls. We don't have any high-tech displays or fancy furniture. It’s mostly just us and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. We spend a lot of our day talking to people about buses and hotels. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the stories people tell us when they come back from their trips. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with some old travel magazines and a dusty fan in the corner. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us who know the routes well. Taramandal Road has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more shops opening up nearby. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back for whoever stops by to ask about a ticket. We don't use any polished sales pitches. We just tell people the schedules and the prices as they are. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. We’re just a regular local spot helping people get where they need to go.
