You can find us at Sarai Kothi Walan, right in the Kanjari Sarai area of Moradabad. We are pretty close to Gmd Road, so it is easy to reach if you are in the neighborhood. We sell ropes and all that kind of stuff. It is a traditional business, nothing too complicated about how we run it. The shop is filled with different coils of rope, from thin strings to thick heavy ones used for big jobs. It smells like jute and nylon in here most days. We have been in this part of Moradabad for many years. My father used to handle things before me, and now I am here every day. We do not use any fancy computer systems, just a simple notebook to keep track of what is going out. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with all the bundles, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Customers come in looking for stuff for their farms or for packing things up to move. We just cut what they need, wrap it up, and send them on their way. It is honest work and we enjoy the people who stop by. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people walking by to the main road. We open early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. There isn’t much more to say really. We are just a local shop doing our thing day after day. It is a steady life and we are happy to be here.
