Shree Shyam Marbles Ravi Tiles & Marbles is our shop located at Niyamat Chak. If you are driving down Hotel Bobina Road, you can't really miss the area where we are set up. We have stacks of tiles and slabs of marble all over the place because that is what we do all day long. It’s a dusty job sometimes, but we enjoy the process of showing people what we have in stock. The location on Hotel Bobina Road is quite convenient for trucks to come and go, which is important for us. We aren't trying to be a fancy boutique. This is a working yard and shop where things are constantly being moved around. You will often see us out front helping someone load their car or checking the latest shipment that just arrived. We have been here at Niyamat Chak for quite a while, so most of the locals know where to find us. The shop has a very lived-in feel to it. We keep things pretty informal. If someone walks in, we just talk to them like a neighbor and see what kind of project they are working on. It’s a simple business model based on having the right materials and being here when people need them. We just take it one day at a time, keeping the tiles organized and the marble ready for whoever comes through Niyamat Chak. It is a bit messy at times, but that is just the nature of the stone business.
