Shamsi Flyway Communications & Travels

Shamsi Flyway Communications & Travels is over in the Rustumpur Dhalka area of Gorakhpur. Specifically, we are in Bitia Hata Dakshin. This is a bit more of a residential and local neighborhood compared to the big station areas. We started out doing a mix of things, which is why we have communications in the name too. It’s one of those shops where you can get a lot done at once. The office is simple and stays pretty busy with people from the nearby houses. We have lived in this part of Gorakhpur for a long time, so we know most of the faces that walk through the door. It isn't a high-pressure environment. People come in, sit down, and we talk about where they need to go, whether it’s a flight or just a long drive to another town. The walls are a bit plain, and we have our old computer that takes a minute to start up, but it works fine for what we need. It feels like a community spot more than a business office. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. Just some chairs and a ceiling fan that has seen better days. The streets around Bitia Hata Dakshin are narrow, but it’s a good place to be. We handle the paperwork and the bookings while the neighborhood goes about its day. It is just a normal, everyday travel shop for the local people here.
