Nitin Spices

We have been running Nitin Spices here in the Main Market of Nath Nagar for quite a while now. If you walk past the Purvanchal Gramin Bank, you’ll find us easily enough. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping for the day. Our place isn't anything fancy, just a regular shop where we keep different kinds of spices that people around here need for their cooking. We spend most of our time cleaning the seeds, grinding things up, and making sure the packets are ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes the dust from the chilies makes us sneeze, but that is just part of the job. Being in the Village Post area means we see the same faces every day, which is nice because you get to know what people like. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just know we are here by the smell of the turmeric and cumin drifting out onto the street. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so things quiet down for a bit before the evening rush starts again. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the work done. It’s a lot of manual labor, hauling sacks around and making sure the stock doesn't sit for too long. We just do our thing day in and day out right here in the village without any extra fuss.
