Chilly Spice

We set up Chilly Spice right here in the Babu Lal Ji Singh Super Market area of Sehjanva. It's a busy spot in Gida, especially since we are so close to the Lucknow highway road. People passing through often stop by, and we see a lot of the same faces from around Gorakhpur every day. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep things moving. Dealing with the heat and the dust from the road is just part of the job. Most days start early for us to get everything ready before the lunch crowd shows up. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out, or the traffic on the highway gets backed up, but that’s just how it is living in this part of town. We try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out as fast as we can. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen in a place like this, but we manage. You can find us easily if you are heading towards Gida. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city, just a steady spot for anyone hungry. The market gets pretty loud in the evenings, but it's a good kind of noise. We just focus on what we're doing and try to stay busy. It is just a normal daily routine for the staff here.
