Leed Tour & Travels is situated in Shop No 126 and 127 within Janta Market. We are right on the Railway Bus Stand Road, which means there is never a quiet moment around here. Janta Market is a very old and crowded place, and we have two small shops side by side to manage all the people who come in. Being so close to the bus stand, we get a lot of people who are in a hurry. They are usually looking for a quick booking or trying to figure out how to get to the next town. The office is packed with files and papers because there is always something to do. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have a couple of good fans that keep things moving. We don't bother with expensive decorations. Our focus is just on the work. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long from our doorway. It’s a very practical location. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and checking schedules on the phone. We’ve been part of Janta Market for a good while, so we know the other shopkeepers and where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people come in at once, but we make it work. We are just a local travel office trying to keep things moving for the people of Gorakhpur.
