Arora Travel

Arora Travel is situated on Bank Road, right across from the SBI Main Branch in Gorakhpur. We’re inside the Vivek Hotel building, so it’s a fairly well-known spot for locals and visitors alike. Bank Road is always packed with people going to the banks or shopping, so there’s a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. We’ve been sitting in this office for years, watching the city change. Our setup is pretty simple—just a couple of desks and some old chairs for people to sit on while we talk about their trips. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from local car rentals to longer tours. Because we’re in a hotel, we get a lot of people who are just passing through and need help getting to the next city. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate thing. It’s more about sitting down and figuring out the best route on a map. Sometimes the traffic on Bank Road makes it hard to hear the phone, but we manage. We’re just regular people who know the travel business in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We don’t have a fancy mission statement; we just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. If you’re looking for us, just find the big SBI building and look across the street. We’re usually there until the sun goes down, just sorting out tickets and talking to drivers.
