Peredaiz Hair Art

This shop is right in Jel Chok over in Gondal. It’s a lively spot to be in. We’ve been here for quite a while, watching the traffic go by every day. The shop is small but we make it work. We call it hair art because we really try to pay attention to the details, even if we are just a local spot. People from all over Gondal come by. It’s not like those big fancy salons in the city. We have our own way of doing things. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the equipment is what matters. We keep our scissors sharp and our chairs ready. Most mornings start with us sweeping the front and getting the towels ready. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan going full speed. You can hear the noise of Jel Chok all day long. It’s a bit of a landmark area. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. People just know where we are by word of mouth. If someone likes their cut, they tell their cousin or their friend. That’s how we’ve stayed open. It’s a steady life. We see kids growing up, coming in for their first cut and then coming back as adults. It makes you feel like part of the town's history. Just a basic shop doing what we know how to do. We don't need fancy things to do good work for our customers and neighbors.
