Pangvin Hair Art

Our little place is called Pangvin Hair Art and you can find us on Bhuvneshwari Road in Gondal. This part of Rajkot has a lot of character. We are surrounded by other small shops and people who have lived here their whole lives. The shop is a basic setup. We have the mirrors along the wall and the chairs lined up for whoever comes in next. Bhuvneshwari Road is usually busy with people going about their business, and we are right in the middle of it. We see a lot of the same people every day. Some of them stop in for a quick trim, others stay longer to talk about the local news. We don’t have any fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place to get your hair cut. The walls have a few pictures and we keep the radio on most of the time. It fills the silence between customers. Being in Gondal, we get to know our neighbors well. We know whose son is getting married and who is looking for work. That’s the kind of place this is. We open up early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool and we stay until the evening. We don’t think much about being a big business. We are just Pangvin Hair Art, a regular shop on a regular road, doing what we do for the people around here. It is just honest work and that is enough for us.
