Caryatid

Caryatid is our office located in Caranzalem, specifically in Kamat Classic Phase 2. We are in Building 3, unit Ug-6. It is quite easy to spot us because we are right opposite the HDFC Bank, which is a major landmark in this part of town. Our mailing address is through the P O in Caranzalem, Panaji. The office itself is a simple place where we focus on our architectural work. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a regular unit where we keep our tools and computers. We spend our days going over building plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes we have clients come in to look at sketches, and we just use the big table in the middle of the room. Caranzalem is a nice area to be in, it feels a bit more residential and quiet compared to the very center of Panaji. We’ve been in this building for some time now and we know the other shop owners and residents around here. It feels like a real community. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so you usually just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. There is usually a pot of tea going and a lot of paper everywhere. We just try to get the work finished correctly and on time without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works well for the kind of projects we handle every day.
