Out here in Bokaro, things move at their own pace. Jmc(I)Ltd is located right at Kargali Bazar in the Bermo area. If you know Jharkhand, you know this part of the world is pretty grounded. Our office is a simple place where we keep track of everything. The address is Pin 829104, and most people around here know the market area well. It gets quite dusty sometimes with all the activity around the bazar, but that’s part of being in a trade hub. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We don't spend money on expensive signs or branding. We just have our name on the wall and we get to work. Most days are spent dealing with local logistics and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. The office has a few ceiling fans that work hard in the summer. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather while we sort through the mail.
