Abhishek Industries Pvt Ltd is situated in Bhagirath Society, Block 16, in Kodinar. If you know this area, you know it is more about industry and hard work than anything else. We are not in a big city with tall buildings. Here, it is about the machines and the production. The office is right there with the workshop, so you can always hear the sound of things being made. There is usually a bit of dust in the air and the smell of grease or metal. We have been operating out of Block 16 for a good while now. It is a family-style operation in many ways. Most of the workers live close by and walk or bike to the society every morning. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. Our desks are old wooden ones piled with ledgers and invoices. When people come to see us, they usually have dirt on their boots from the yard. We deal with the daily grind of manufacturing and shipping. It is not always easy, especially when the weather gets really hot or the power fluctuates, but we manage. We are just a local business trying to keep the production lines moving and our customers happy. There is a lot of pride in just showing up and doing the physical work that needs to be done every single day.
