Pritika Agro Producer Company Limited is based in Katghara at House Number 107. We are in the Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh. We are a small group of local people who decided to join forces to manage our agricultural work better. Being a producer company means we're all in this together. Katghara is a quiet place where we all know our neighbors. Our office is just a plain building where we gather to talk about our crops and the local market. It’s not a fancy setup at all; it’s just a room with some old desks and a lot of registers. We spend a lot of time worrying about the weather and the price of diesel. Farming is tough work, and trying to run a company on top of that is even harder. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, and none of us are experts at it. We just do our best to keep things moving. We don't have a big staff or any kind of marketing. If someone needs to find us, they just come by the house. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of business. We’ve had some rough patches, but we just keep going because that’s what you do. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We're just farmers working together, hoping for a decent season. When the harvest is good, everything feels like it was worth the effort we put in all year.
