Zero Masala Llp

We set up shop at Aman Plaza, specifically Shop A-12 over in Shakti Khand-Iv. Indirapuram is a crowded place, but we found this spot on Plot 729. It’s a small space, mostly filled with bags of spices and grinding equipment. We call it Zero Masala, and we’re here pretty much every day. The work is dusty and makes you sneeze, but you get used to it after the first week. We wanted to offer something that didn't have all the extra junk in it. Just the spice, nothing else added. A lot of the big brands put fillers in their packets, but we try to avoid that here. People come in and ask what makes us different, and we just show them the machines. It’s loud when we’re grinding the turmeric or the chilies. Ghaziabad can be a bit chaotic, and our shop is no different during the morning rush. We spend a lot of time cleaning up the red powder that gets everywhere. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if it’s an LLP on paper. We don't have fancy brochures. Most people just find us by walking past the plaza and noticing the smell of fresh black pepper. We keep our prices as low as we can while still paying the rent. It’s honest work, and it keeps the kitchen fires burning for our customers. We close up late when the plaza finally gets quiet.
