We have been here in Silarpur Kalan for a good while now. Most people know our spot because it is right near the Ntpc plant in Dadri. It is a busy area with lots of people coming and going from the power station every day. We set up this place because we wanted to give folks a spot to sit down for a bit. It is not a fancy shop by any means. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever got the time to do it. Usually, there is some dust because of the heavy traffic on the road outside, but we try to keep the tables wiped down as much as we can. We have our regulars who come in every single morning like clockwork. Some just want a quick cup before their shift starts at the plant. Others stay a bit longer and talk about what is happening in the village. It gets pretty loud in here when the lunch crowd hits all at once. We are not trying to be like those big city coffee shops you see in the movies. It is just a simple place. Our staff lives nearby, so we know most of the faces that walk through the door. Sometimes the milk delivery is a bit late or the power goes out, but we always make it work somehow. If you are heading toward G.B. Nagar, you will find us. (250 words)
