Flavors

Flavors is our little spot located at 57 Harmony Appt in Sector 62 of Noida. Being in Uttar Pradesh we get a lot of local people coming in who just want a decent meal without any fuss. The apartment complex is usually quite busy with families and people going to work in the nearby offices. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have enough fresh vegetables for the day. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late and we have to scramble to find what we need at the local market down the street. It is not a very big place but we make it work with what we have. I usually handle the orders and talk to the people who stop by for a chat. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but we have been too busy to get around to it lately. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks or try to act like we are better than the other shops in the area. We just cook what we know and hope people enjoy it enough to come back next week. The weather in Sector 62 can get very dusty but we try to keep the front area clean. It is just us working hard every day to keep the stove hot and the customers fed. That is really all there is to our story here for anyone who cares to know.
