Xenious Hotels/Resorts/Hotel Apartment

You can find us over at The Corenthum in Sector 62, Noida. We’re in the Terrace A Wing, which gives us a bit of a view of the busy roads and all the other office buildings in Gautum Budh Nagar. Xenious Hotels/Resorts/Hotel Apartment is managed from this spot, and it’s a lot more down-to-earth than the name might make it sound. It’s basically a bunch of us sitting at our computers, talking to managers at different properties and trying to keep everything on track. The Corenthum is a big complex, so it took us a while to stop getting lost in the hallways when we first started. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where we do all the coordinating. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls about room rates and maintenance issues. We don’t go in for those long-winded mission statements you see on corporate websites. We’re just focused on making sure the hotels and apartments we look after are doing okay. The commute to Sector 62 can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the highway, but once we’re here, we just get on with it. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days solving one small problem after another. It’s just regular office work for the hospitality industry, done by people who know how things actually work on the ground.
